We are writing to inform you of urgent maintenance works of our Open-Xchange email platform. The maintenance will take place on Tuesday 2nd March at 10:00 NZST.

This update contains important security improvements and enhancements that had to be expedited. We sincerely apologise for the short notice and any inconveniences caused by this interruption.

During the maintenance window, you should expect the following:

• Webmail, IMAP, POP and SMTP will be unavailable
• Incoming emails might be delayed

Once the migration to the new platform is completed:

• No change will be required in the configuration of email clients
• The storage quota (x GB for Mail and x GB for OX Drive) will be shared (x + x GB for Mail and OX Drive)

We expect a full recovery of services on Tuesday 2nd March at 04:00 NZST at the latest, at which point you will be able to use the platform as you would expect and without interruptions.
