The Registrar Accreditation Agreement defines all the requirements Internet Service Providers have to fulfil and abide by in order to be allowed to operate as ICANN accredited registrars. All ICANN accredited registrars are obliged to comply with all requirements in the RAA before they are allowed to sign it and start their operations.
