How do I renew my domain name?

In order to renew your domain name(s), follow the procedure below:

Single domain:

1. In your Moreweb account, go to DOMAIN NAMES and ACTIVE.
2. Move the cursor over the domain and click MANAGE.
3. Select the how many years you want to renew the domain and click on RENEW NOW.
4. Confirm the terms and conditions and click on PLACE ORDER.

Multiple domains:

1. In your Moreweb account, go to DOMAIN NAMES and ACTIVE.
2. Select the domain(s) that you want to set to auto-renew.
3. Click on SELECT ACTION in the panel below and select option RENEW.
4. Next, choose the range under SELECT RANGE.
5. Continue by clicking on START.
6. Select the how many years you want to renew the domain and click on RENEW NOW.
7. Review the order and increase the registration period if needed.
8. Confirm the terms and conditions and click on PLACE ORDER.

Please note, domain names can be renewed two months before their expiration date and onwards. You will receive several reminders to your account email address. PayPal can´t be used as payment method to renew your domain(s).

You will receive the following renewal reminders for each domain:

• 1 month before the expiration date of the domain
• 2 month before the domain expires
• 15 days before the domain expires
• 7 days before
• 1 day before the domain expires

To avoid the accidental loss of domain names, we recommend to switch them to auto-renew.
