How can I set my domain to auto-renew?

In order to set your domains to auto-renew, follow these steps:

Single domain:

  1. In your Moreweb account, go to DOMAIN NAMES and ACTIVE.
  2. Move the cursor over the domain and click MANAGE.
  3. In the section Domain renewal on the right side, flick the switch from OFF to ON.

Multiple domains:

  1. In your Moreweb account, go to DOMAIN NAMES and ACTIVE.
  2. Select the domain(s) that you want to set to auto-renew.
  3. Click on SELECT ACTION in the panel below and select option AUTO-RENEW.
  4. Next, choose the range under SELECT RANGE, SELECTED DOMAINS
  5. Continue by clicking on START.

Please note that the auto-renew mode can be activated at any time, except for the last seven days before the renew date of the domain name. Domains are only automatically renewed if the account has sufficient funds (pre-payments, credit card, etc.).
