To reset your Open-Xchange password, follow these steps:

  1. In your Moreweb account, go to PRODUCTS and OX MAIL.
  2. Hover over the domain name and click on VIEW.
  3. Click on MANAGE.
  4. Check that the correct domain is selected under Subscription at the top of the page.
  5. Click on MAILBOXES.
  6. Now click on the name of the concerned email address.
  7. Click on the button CHANGE PASSWORD.
  8. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  9. Click on SUBMIT.
