How do I add an Open-Xchange mailbox to my domain?

  1. Log in to your Moreweb account.
  2. Hover over the domain name and click on MANAGE.
  3. In the Addons section, click on BUY MAILBOX.
  4. Chose either Starter Mailbox or Business Mailbox and click on ADD TO CART.
  5. Check that the correct domain name is selected.
  6. One Starter Mailbox comes free with every domain, if you need additional mailboxes click on the plus sign next to Paying.
  7. At the MX settings, we recommend you to leave the setup to us. If you prefer to do it yourself, select “Leave the DNS zone unchanged”.
  8. Click on REVIEW AND PAYMENT.
  9. In case you added additional mailboxes, you will need to select your payment method. If you only have the free mailbox in your cart, continue with the next step.
  10. Accept the terms and conditions and PLACE ORDER.
