How can I request a refund of my credits?

In order to ask for a refund of your remaining credits with Moreweb, follow the procedure below:

  1. Login to your account and click on MY ACCOUNT.
  2. In the menu select BILLING > REFUNDS.
  3. Click on REQUEST A REFUND.
  4. Select the Request type and click SELECT REFUND METHOD.
  5. Enter the amount you wanted refunded and click CONFIRM REFUND REQUEST.

Your refund request has been received and will be processed by our accounting team.
