How can I set up Alias Mailboxes?

An alias email address is an alternative name that can be assigned to an existing mailbox. Alias mailboxes are not independant mailboxes.

  1. In your Moreweb account, go to PRODUCTS > EMAIL
  2. In the list of domains, click on the "View" icon to the right of the concerned domain and then on MANAGE to the right of the concerned mailbox.
  3. In the section "Mailbox aliases", click on the link "Add a new alias".
  4. Enter the name of the alias and click on the button ADD. That is it.
  5. To delete the alias you just need to click on the delete icon next to it.

Please remember, you can setup up to 100 alias per mailbox.
