Enable or disable caching on my Wordpress hosting

How can I enable/disable caching on my Wordpress hosting?

Back to Help

Caching will improve the performance of your website. It is activated by default.

Some plugins installed on the website can interfere with caching and create issues. In this case, you can deactivate it in your account if you follow the steps below:

  1. In your account go to PRODUCTS and click on the corresponding product section in the sub-menu.
  2. Go to the section: Active products and click on Manage on the right of the corresponding domain.
  3. Go to the section Caching and deactivate the option "Enable caching on my website".

IMPORTANT: if you leave the caching option enabled, please do not activate the Nginx caching in your Plesk control panel. Having two different caching options enabled at the same time could have negative consequences on the performance of the website and it is not needed.
