How can I upgrade my mailbox?

In case you have a basic or advanced mailbox, you can upgrade your mailbox to add more storage or features. Please follow the steps below:

Log in to your Moreweb account.
Go to PRODUCTS > ACTIVE.
Hover over the concerned domain name and click on the VIEW icon on the right.
Now click on MANAGE.
Go to the section Mailbox upgrade and select the new package you want in the drop-down menu and click UPDATE.
Check the details on the payment page and check the terms and conditions box and click on PLACE ORDER.
Once the payment is done you will find your upgraded mailbox in your account under PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
