To set up email forwarding for your email address, follow the below procedure:

  1. Log in to your Moreweb account.
  2. Go to DOMAIN NAMES > ACTIVE.
  3. Hover over the domain and click on MANAGE.
  4. Click on MANAGE ZONE under the Name server section on the left side.
  5. Click on NEW RECORD in the panel below and select MAIL FORWARD.
  6. Select SINGLE RULE and Enter your email address into the mail address field.
  7. Enter the destination email address in the Forward to field.
  8. SUBMIT the record and click on SAVE ZONE.

Please note, you can only forward email addresses with this method if the related domain name is using our Moreweb name servers and if the domain has a correctly setup MX record.
