How to set a Catch-all for my DNS zone?

How can I set a Catch-all for my DNS zone?

Back to Help

The Catch-All function guarantees that any email sent to your domain name will be received by your set email address. This prevents losing emails that were accidentally sent to a non-existing email address, like “suppor@yourdomain.com” instead of “support@yourdomain.com”. Please note that setting the Catch-All might result in higher volumes of spam emails.

To set a Catch-All email forwarding function for a domain name, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to DOMAIN NAMES > ACTIVE.
  3. Hover over the concerned domain name and click the MANAGE button right of it.
  4. Click on MANAGE ZONE in the Nameserver section on the left.
  5. Click on NEW RECORD and select MAIL FORWARD under Type and then CATCH ALL
  6. Configure the settings as necessary and click on SUBMIT.
  7. The new added record will show up in the list, click on SAVE ZONE to finish.

It may take up to 24 hours until DNS changes have been propagated throughout the Internet, so please don’t worry if the changes don´t have immediate affect.
