How can I add shared access to my account?

Shared access is granted based on domain folders, which means you need to start by creating a new domain folder. Please follow the below instructions:

Create a domain folder:

  1. Log in to your Moreweb account.
  2. Click on DOMAIN NAMES > FOLDERS.
  3. Hover over the root folder and click on the little plus icon that will appear next to it.
  4. Enter the folder name and press enter.

Create a shared access user:

  1. Click on your account number ID.
  2. Select ACCOUNT and SHARED ACCESS in the menu.
  3. Hover over the root folder and click on the little plus icon that will appear next to it.
  4. Enter the folder name and press enter.

Log in with shared access:

  1. Go back to the LOGIN page.
  2. Here click on SHARED ACCESS.
  3. Enter the shared access username and password and SIGN In.

You are now successfully logged into your account as a shared access user.
