How can I upgrade my product?

Some products can be upgraded to a higher plan that includes more capacity and functions.

Other products like SSL certificates, domain privacy and the legacy hosting product can not be upgraded. In this case you won't see any option for that.

Please follow the steps below to upgrade your product:

  1. In your account go to PRODUCTS and click on the corresponding product section in the sub-menu.
  2. Go to the section: Active products and click on Manage on the right of the corresponding domain.
  3. Go to the Upgrade section and select the new plan in the drop-down menu. Click on UPGRADE.
  4. Review the information in the cart, select your payment method, accept the Terms and Conditions and click on PLACE ORDER.
