How to find a missing domain name?

In case of a missing domain name, please check first the QUARANTINE section in your account. Domains that have not been renewed will end up in quarantine. Most domains in quarantine status can still be reactivated, renewed and saved:

  1. Log in to your Moreweb account.
  2. Click on DOMAIN NAMES > QUARANTINE.
  3. If your domain is listed here, you can simply reactive and renew it.
  4. If your domain name is not here, it is probably already expired. Feel free to contact our support team. We will check for you if there is anything we can do to restore your domain.
